These Terms & Conditions apply to the Jillibet platform (https://jillibet.click) and all associated services, applications, and products. By registering or using the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

Betting and gaming services are only available to users with an active Jillibet account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

Each individual may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, device, or IP address is a violation of Jillibet's policies. Upon investigation, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Jillibet support immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on Jillibet. Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to use Jillibet.

The following individuals are also not permitted to use Jillibet:

• Current or former Jillibet employees and their immediate family members
• Residents of countries where online gaming is prohibited by law
• Individuals enrolled in a self-exclusion program
• Individuals unable to make decisions due to mental or financial incapacity

Jillibet currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (different limits apply for VIP members)
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes
• You must use only payment methods registered in your own name

Jillibet does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which Jillibet bears no responsibility.

To withdraw winnings from Jillibet, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until verification is complete.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 BDT (separate limits apply for VIP members)
• Standard processing time: 30 minutes to 24 hours
• Priority fast withdrawals for VIP members
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit

Jillibet reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals and request additional verification in cases of suspicious activity.

Jillibet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the respective offer page.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit
• Withdrawing bonus funds typically requires 3x to 20x wagering
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously while an existing bonus offer is active
• Jillibet reserves the right to void any bonus if evidence of abuse is found
• Free spins typically expire within 24 to 72 hours

Betting at Jillibet is conducted in a completely fair and transparent manner. Every game outcome is determined by an independent RNG (Random Number Generator), verified by a third party.

General Betting Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• If a bet remains unresolved due to a technical error, Jillibet will investigate and make a final determination
• If a live bet is voided due to a network issue, the stake will be refunded
• Placing bets on the same outcome in a single game from multiple accounts is prohibited

Sports Betting Special Rules:

• If a match is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded
• Only officially declared results will be considered final
• Odds may change during in-play betting; the odds at the time of confirmation will be the ones that apply

The following activities are strictly prohibited to protect the Jillibet platform and the interests of all members:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Exploitation of the bonus system (bonus hunting/arbitrage)
• Fraud, hacking, or attempting to manipulate the platform
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Unauthorized access to other members' accounts
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions
• Placing bets using automated software or bots

Jillibet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• Suspicious transactions or fraud allegations
• Court or regulatory authority orders

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be refunded within 7 business days. Please note that bonus funds are non-refundable.

Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion:

Jillibet strives to deliver the highest quality of service; however, Jillibet is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorized account access due to the user's own negligence
• Natural disasters, war, or any other unforeseen circumstances
• If services are suspended under the direction of a regulatory authority

If a dispute arises between you and Jillibet, please contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.

Dispute Resolution Steps:

3. Our support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours
4. Complex cases will be escalated to the senior team and resolved within 7 business days

In the event of a dispute, Jillibet's server logs, game history, and transaction records will serve as definitive evidence. If a resolution cannot be reached by mutual agreement, a neutral third-party mediator may be engaged.
